The company continues to push the envelope of digital technology, making travel easier and more efficient than ever for its guests by allowing them to securely check-in, access their room, and check out via the Hilton Honors app.

Digital Check-In, available at most hotels globally, allows guests to check-in and choose their room and upgrade from a map of the hotel prior to arrival. Digital Key, now at more than 4,100 hotels, lets guests skip the Front Desk and go straight to their room and open the door with their phone. Lastly, Digital Check-Out allows guests to check out via the app, getting their invoice emailed to them.

Hilton is the only hotelier with these capabilities at thousands of hotels across their portfolio of brands, and customer satisfaction ratings show that guests crave this level of personalized service.

Most recently, Connected Room is spreading throughout U.S. hotels, allowing guests to personally navigate their in-room experience. Guests can use the app to control room features like lighting and climate, and access premium streaming, including complimentary SHOWTIME programming from Hilton's industry-first partnership with the media company.
